It starts with the right choice of massage oils which can be any herbal oils like almond, coconut and lavender oil warmed and spread over the scalp area to be massaged.
Always begin the massage from the hairline on the forehead progressing back to the skull base using medium pressure while moving your fingers in circular motion. Once done, repeat with stronger pressure and give the massage regimen at least 15 minutes each day. This massage regimen should also be done with any topically applied pharmaceutical drug meant to restore hair growth.
